[ Character’s Element ] – time, water. His father was a time tripper and the talent passed down to his son because of genetic experimentation. [ Teacher or Student? ] – student [ Character Profile ] – Shiz is the son of a "time tripper", a person that can step through the layers of time. His father went to many places and times, fathering children and calling them 'experiments'. When Shiz and his older sister found this out, they followed their father, who abruptly abandoned them once again. Now stuck in an unfamiliar place and time, he's trying to find his father and make him own up for what he did. He discovered an affinity for time himself (due to his father's experimentation). [ Appearance ]– Standing at Five feet, 2 inches tall, Shiz is seventeen years old. He has red hair, cut short and partway curly, which he has always hated. His eyes are dark blue. He dresses in what some people would say 'retro' clothing, but he doesn't like and isn't quite used to modern clothing, due to his background. He likes the school uniform, but he perfers to dress in the type of clothing from his time period when after school hours. He usually wears a cap to cover his hair and he found great enjoyment in discovering sunglasses. 1st year, in the Shiva house. [ Personality ] – He mistrusts most everybody but his sister, especially authority figures. He has a temper and tends to say exactly what's on his mind. He hates to be seen as a little kid or as if he doesn't know what he's doing, but he wants to make friends due to never having many growing up. He is scared of his own magic and dislikes using it, but realizes deep down that he has to learn how to use it before it uses him. He get aggravated when people point out that he looks so young and snaps back with some observation about the commenter's faults. [ History ] – Shiz has an older sister, Susan, that came with him into a different time. He also has a younger, adopted sister that their father never experimented with and she was one of the few people to treat Susan and Shiz with kindess. Due to interference with the Time Trippers and Shiz's magic, she died. As they ran, they spent a night in a shanty town in their own time and caught up with their father, but then realized the authorities were right behind them and in league with their father. He had been trapped in the smaller center for the Trippers for several years, having been tested and put through a series of experimentations to see the limits of his magic. After a few years, his father was preparing to move them to the Trippers facilities, but Shiz grabbed his sister and out of pure desperation, and fueled by fear, managed to snag the "line" that their father opened and shifted them through the layers of time to escape them. Due to the inbalance of people and Shiz's inexperience with the magic, they were taken much further and to a different world. They do not know how to get back. Susan decided to find a school for Shiz so that he could control his magic. [ Pets ] – Shiz has a cat that he adopted after coming to his new time. It was outside the station where they first appeared and he named it Apples. [ Other ? ] – Primarily confused, but he's smart and able to pick up on things very quickly. He retreated into books a lot and does the same now, to catch up on everything that he missed throughout the years. He hasn't formally used any weapons, except for a staff and that is for self-defense. If so inclined, he may try swordwork. He is very lonely at times and even though he is wary of people, he desperately wants friends and allies.  | |||||
